                                            Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS)

We welcome children and teenagers for the Medicare CDBS Dental Treatment

The Medicare CDBS provides individuals aged up to 17 years of age with benefits for a range of
services including examinations, x-rays, cleaning, fissure sealing, fillings, root canals and extractions.

The CDBS has a means test, which requires receipt of Family Tax Benefit Part A
or a relevant Australian Government payment.

For more information or to make an appointment for your child/teenager call us on 9623 3434.

Bulk Billed dental items refer to conditions that are covered by Medicare and
its qualifying criteria. Children must be between 0 and 17 years of age during the year of treatment,
and must be receiving a Australian Government payment such as Family Tax benefit part A.
Most eligible families will receive a letter from Human Services stating their eligibility.

For more information about qualifying criteria visit
the Department of Health and Ageing website.
